If we look closely, we can often see the roots of our habits and tendencies, even when we’ve been very successful in our lives.

The difference between a habit and a tendency is that a habit is a conscious action that can be easily altered. A tendency is a subconscious action that needs more conscious effort, but which can be easily altered. So when we think of habits as a conscious action, we can be very surprised when we come across a habit that has the opposite effect.

So how do habits get turned into tendencies? It’s fairly easy. By definition, habits are very hard to change. It’s a very painful process. On the other hand, tendencies can be very easy to change. By definition, a tendency is a natural change that can be easily altered.

The key is to keep in mind that habits and tendencies are two different things. A habit is a repetitive action that automatically follows one or more of the actions you engage in often. For example, when you put your shoes on every day, you’re automatically going to do that. Yet a tendency is an intentional change in habits that can be easily altered.

For example, I used to be a vegetarian because I wanted to live a full life. Yet I think it has become more of a habit. I eat a lot of vegetables, but it’s not like they are a necessity for me. In fact, I do not feel like they are part of my daily routine. I do know that my habits are making me feel good for no reason. And that habit I have of making my veggies and fruit more of a part of my life.

A good habit is when we make a conscious decision to do something. We can make a conscious decision to eat more veggies or to pay attention to the right things in our environment. We can change our behavior in a number of ways. One is to change the way we cook. Another is to take a few minutes and do more of our daily chores. A third is to change our environment. Most of us have a good number of habits that we are consciously trying to change.

The problem is that because we can change habits, we can change the way we look at things. We can make a conscious decision to treat others with kindness and love. We can do this with a few minutes a day. That is, if we are willing to take a break.

The key is to take breaks, just like we take showers, to change our behavior. It is also important to look at our behavior with a new lens. How can we change it? We can start by noticing when we do things that are repetitive. For example, we can watch television for too long and then spend the next hour sitting in front of the television or the next five-minute walk, repeating the same action over and over. We can also start doing things that are less pleasant.
