The fact is that our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

When a person is on autopilot for so long that they forget theyre on autopilot. This is when someone is able to exercise a little meta-cognition and say, “Hmm… every time my sister calls me and asks for money, I end up drinking a lot of vodkas. That might not be a coincidence,” a person without self-awareness just hits the bottle and doesn’t look back.

We all know that we’re on autopilot so when we wake up every morning, we’re able to control our actions and react to the world. We don’t just think about it, we do it. And we do it more often than not. We’re not just going to wake up and think, “Wow, it’s been a long week. I need to get out of here.

And this is why being self-aware is so important. Because when you’re not self-aware you don’t have that much control over your reactions. You don’t know when your actions are right or wrong, and you do things you regret later. When you’re not self-aware, you’re not able to know what you’ve done. When you are self-aware, you know what you’ve done.

You know what youve done. I know if you dont know what youve done, youre not able to know what youve done, but if you know what youve done, youre not able to know what youve done. That’s why I think youre the only person that is able to do so much that you don’t know what youve done.

You dont know when youre doing something right or wrong, and you dont know when youre doing something you regret. When youre not self-aware, youre not able to know what youve done. When you are self-aware, you know what youve done. You know what youve done. I know if you dont know what youve done, you dont know what youve done.

The question is, how much of our actions are self-aware? If we don’t know how we act or what we’re doing, then how can we be responsible for what we do? What if every time we act, we are doing what we want what we think is right? At least that would be something.

I think we can all agree that we should stop acting and making choices that we regret. However, if we really do not know what we are doing, then we cant be held accountable for our actions. That is, of course, until we learn to be more self-aware, or until we realize the consequences of our actions.

So if youre looking for ways to reduce your mistakes, then the answer is pretty simple. Learn to be more aware, and then take responsibility for the consequences of your actions.

This is why I always tell people to read the “How to be a great person” section of the book How to Be a Great Person, and then the “The Seven Habits of Great People” section. After doing the first one, you will realize that the first habit is to always question everything you do. The second habit is to always question everything you do. The third habit is to never, ever, think about what you’re doing and who you are.
