I think I am one of those who think that giving feedback to a person is the most rewarding thing that we can do for them. I see it as that which we give to a child that they will grow up to be. There is one level of self-awareness that is most important to a person and that is when they receive it.
For the person with the highest level of self-awareness, it is the most important form of feedback that they can ever receive. When we give a person feedback, it is the most important thing that we can do for them that matters. When I get my first feedback from a potential job, I feel good. When I receive feedback from someone I have a mutual interest with, I feel good. When I am given feedback from someone I’m not a part of, I feel bad.
Feedback can be quite different than feedback because it’s not just the “good” or “bad” that drives the feedback. It’s more about the “Why” and “What can we learn from this?” Feedback is the most important form of feedback that you can receive.
If you have a mutual interest with a prospective employer, and you receive feedback from them, you should feel good. This is because you’ve earned the right to feedback from them. But the most important part is that you feel good about that. Knowing that you’ve earned the right to give feedback from them can make you feel good about that. The problem is not that you’re not good at giving feedback because its just you.
There’s a lot of confusion about feedback. I had a client who was working with a recruiter who told her that her resume needed a “one sentence summary” and then said, “well I can’t just write something like that. I need a long explanation.” Yeah. That’s pretty much what I’ve been told from the start.

Recruiter is also the person who makes sure that the recruiters are aware of and understand that the target recruiters are usually pretty good at getting their job done. This is exactly why we keep making our efforts to recruit as well as how to make sure that the people who are on the fence about the job are also pretty good at getting their job done.

But she is also the person who will help the recruiters get out of the awkwardness that usually comes with recruiters. Recruiter is also the one that will help the recruiters learn how to be people at their job, which is a key part of the game.
