I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I have ever thought I needed to be aware of my thoughts, but they can’t stop me from saying them, and that’s a problem.

What I was referring to is the fact that we often think about our actions when they aren’t even happening. We might think about the way we’ve behaved, but we don’t have the time to reflect on how our behaviour is going to affect others.
The problem with this is the fact that we are so busy worrying about our next action, we often don’t take time to think about how our actions might affect others. In reality, we only think about the next thing the next time the next thing happens. In the real world we don’t often think about the next thing the next time the next thing happens.
A few days ago we read about the team of people who worked at the new Xbox. We all mentioned that the Xbox team was in trouble, but there was no mention of the problems. In other words, we didnt know at the time.
This is exactly the kind of thing we are talking about. If you were in your office and you were reading the paper and saw a headline that said “Microsoft is in trouble,” you would have probably paused and checked to see if there was a link to the story. But if there was no link to it, it would not have been on your radar, because you did not think about how your actions might affect the company. But simla did.
The article says simla has a new problem. The reason is that Microsoft is suffering from the same issue Microsoft did back in the 90s. They had a software development team that was so busy they stopped making decisions about what they should be working on and instead got distracted by the next thing. It happened again with the company. The good news is that simla has a solution.
