The most important point to remember with regards to strength is that it comes from within, not from external sources. How you train and what you do with your body is up to you. If you’re not comfortable doing certain exercises, then you could always try to find a professional to show you how to do them. But, if you are comfortable with them, then make sure you do them.
If you aren’t, you could always try to find one of the people who are. Just because you could never do what someone else is doing, doesn’t mean that you can’t do it. It’s not something that is easy to do, just take some time to figure out what you want to do and then do it. It’s not that hard, I promise.
I can just imagine trying to do just such an exercise in my youth. I was a skinny kid, and I really hated to stretch my leg. After a few weeks of doing it, I found that I was able to bend my knee without pain. The big problem was that I couldnt actually bend my leg. I had to do it just so I could keep on doing the other exercises I wanted to do.
