No, we are not talking about overindulging. We are talking about excess body fat. And excess body fat is not the same as an eating disorder. Excess body fat does not mean you have to eat a lot of food (although there are people who do). Excess body fat means you are overweight. And, as with too much exercise, excess body fat is not necessarily bad for health. Its more about not losing body fat than gaining weight.
